JBecca sources data from multiple providers—aggregators, compilers, Apollo, ZoomInfo,

Clay—plus client CRM/POS systems and first-party web/app pixels. We never rely on vendor

claims. Each record is verified through our internal protocol to ensure accuracy, compliance,

and franchise safety.

Our approach is privacy-forward by design. Whether working with brands, agencies, or

franchise operators, we treat data with the seriousness it demands—not because regulations

say so, but because customers expect it.

Proof of Consent + Collection Practices

We don’t buy, rent, or resell lists. All audience sources meet these standards:

• Direct sourcing from opted-in publisher networks

• Real-time behavioral signals (search, browse, device) tied to hashed emails/IPs

• Verified consent trail for every dataset

First-party layer includes:

• Pixels on brand or franchise websites

• CRM/POS audience data uploaded by clients

• Geofencing/location data from partners like Simpl.fi

Every source is documented and audited through our compliance playbook.

Contractual Protections
